There being no Government State school at Yin Ye Village, Depeyin Township, Sagaing Division, a Buddhist Monastic School at Primary Level was first inaugurated in 1992. For the Yin Ye children to pursue further studies beyond Primary Level, commencing with the Academic Year 2011-2012, an extension to the Secondary Level has been officially established. Donors’ financial support in this effort is solicited.
You can donate to the Education Fund which is the basic source of teachers’ salaries. For the Primary Level (to Year Four) four teachers have been appointed. Following the extension to Secondary Level (to Year Seven) altogether six teachers are required. At a teacher’s salary of MMK 30,000 (approx USD 35) per month, an annual (10 month) budget of MMK 18,000,000 is needed for teachers’ remunerations. This has to be levied upon the children as admission fees. Please consider donating to relieve such unavoidable admission fees.
For the proposed construction of a new school building budgeted at MMN 20,000,000 approx (USD 24,000) donations are solicited
